This review is from: Body Glove HTC Thunderbolt Glove Snap-On Case with Kickstand - 1 Pack - Retail Packaging - Black (Wireless Phone Accessory) At first glance, it looks as if it designed with quality in mind, however, only moments after it was put on, I had to go to the Verizon Store for someone to do a "hard reset," to the HTC phone and the rep asked me to take it out of it's case, so that he can perform the reset...I told him I could not get it off, no matter what I tried but he continued to state that he would not take it off since they usually break in doing so, and he did not want to be responsible... Finally, after about 20 minutes trying to get it off, and I was extremely frustrated, the top part of the case, the frame part, cracked in two pieces, rendering it to be useless. It was only on the phone for several minutes before this happened. I was very disappointed and had just wasted a bunch of money, for the purchase of it. Unfortunately, nothing is out on the market for those with extended batteries. It's a hard rubber. I had one for my Env Touch and it worked like a charm when I dropped it and bumped it against stuff. The rubber became worn out at the edges, but overall was still very durable (from abuse... I'm clumsy). Same kind of quality with this glove. The clip on is optional (I never use it). The glove itself didn't make it that much thicker, but its noticeable in your hand (hey.. its a giant phone). It's also a lot easier to grip the phone. Very satisfied with the product and feel comfortable if I drop it by accident. Only "complaint" is I wish the edges came inward a little more.
